Your Move-In Instructions

 Your move-in instructions:

  1. If driving, access Hanley Street via Cliveland Street due to roadworks or cut through the pay & display car park… you can’t miss it.

  2. Park directly outside the building up to 15 mins before your check-in slot, ready to unload. Move your car to the adjoining car park where you have max 2 hours free parking from check-in.

  3. Note it is a self-check-in process. You can start moving in from your allocated slot as this is when your Smart Key will work.

  4. Unload all belongings to the left hand side of the lobby area FIRST. Then move your car to the car park BEFORE you take your belongings to your apartment.

  5. Your Smart Key Access - An email has been sent to download your Smart Key. Please check your spam.

  6. Please explore the residence after you have moved in and enjoy your new home.
