Anthony Laville started in property in 2010 whilst studying at the University of Leicester founded Volume.Property in 2017 after running a Student Lettings company business
After growing frustrated with the lack of control of Design, Quality and
I've let to many thousands of students over the years in towns and cities across the UK and of course, within the various boroughs of Birmingham. Properties include purpose-built student accommodation for the U.K.’s largest providers of PBSA and HMO’s. I’m well positioned, based on my track record, to tackle the letting of any size PBSA project in any location UK-wide, even in locations where demand may have waned.
Volume.Property was launched in 2017 by the founder, Anthony Laville. Anthony made the decision to shift all company focus to Volume.Property, after growing frustrated with the lack of control over the Design, Quality, Full Resident Experience and Longevity of property on the books of his lettings company.
Anthony started in property in 2010 whilst studying at the University of Leicester, where he founded his first property related business, StudentTenantFind. The lettings agency grew to let to and manage thousands of students over the years in towns and cities across the UK. The agency’s clients were and still are some of the U.K.’s largest providers of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), including the likes of Unite, Mansion, Victoria Hall (now Host) and CRM amongst others and HMO Landlords.
The Volume.Property team’s track record means it’s able to tackle the letting and operation of any size PBSA, Co-Living or Private Rented Sector (PRS) project in any location UK-wide. This track record has continually aided the company in retaining existing and attracting new and exceptional Joint Venture partnerships to jointly own accommodation with Volume.Property, which it develops and operates in-house.
